We collect information you give us directly when you create an account or place an order:

• Account information — name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Order information — contact phone number, delivery address, order contents, scheduled pickup/delivery time, and order history.
• Payment information — card brand and last four digits. Full card numbers are never stored by us; they are handled directly by Stripe.

We also collect limited technical data automatically — your IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your orders, including contacting you about pickup or delivery.
• To send order confirmations and receipts to your email address.
• To notify you of any weight-based price adjustments after your order is cut and weighed.
• To let you log in and view your past orders.
• To process payments securely through Stripe.
• To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc.We pass your payment details directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. Stripe may store a payment method on file so that we can charge or refund weight adjustments after an order is fulfilled — you can request removal of saved payment methods by contacting us.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your account and order data are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS on all pages and industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the website — for example, to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not integrate with third-party analytics platforms that track you across other sites.

7. Your Rights

You may request at any time:

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of your account and associated data (subject to any legal retention obligations).
• Removal of a saved payment method from Stripe.
